  • We are currently working with our client, a leading EPCM firm to recruit a Document Controller/ Site Administrator for an industrial project in Cork . The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a a leading client representative firm who operate in the pharma and life sciences industry.

    Duties:

  • Document control, order processing and administration
  • General management of drawings and registers
  • Daily operation of the site office
  • Coordination of meetings
  • Ensure all health and safety reports are maintained
  • Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on a project
  • Manage, track and record general site correspondence on the company databases
  • Providing admin support and working collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and with the wider project team
  • Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Previous construction experience is desirable
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and database experience
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to priorities’ workloads and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
