Responsibilities

• Craft a compelling story around CACTUS’s EVP for Cactizens and potential candidates worldwide. Update collateral to align with our EVP.
• Create high-quality content and designs for social media, career site, intranet, newsletters, office branding, and merchandise using Canva or other design platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across social media, intranet, blogs, and career sites.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns for hiring projects, HR communications, referral programs, and hackathons.
• Coordinate production of copy assets and content with agencies for banners, ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts.
• Analyze talent marketing data to optimize employer branding impact.
• Set up paid marketing campaigns for high-priority roles on LinkedIn, Job Boards, and online forums.
• Manage responses on review sites like Glassdoor and Ambition Box.
• Collaborate with universities to strengthen our presence on campuses.
• Lead video and photo shoot production with employees and production houses.
• Write case studies and applications for PR opportunities, awards, and engagement surveys.
• Contribute to projects enhancing candidate experience and internal employer brand advocacy.

Qualifications And Prerequisites

• Demonstrated excellence in project management, adept at handling multiple workstreams concurrently.
• 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, employer brand function, or in-house marketing communications role.
• Skilled in developing campaigns based on human insights, industry best practices, and references.
• Proven track record with Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM, and PR tools like Meltwater.
• Proficient in analyzing paid ads performance on LinkedIn and Application Tracking Systems.
• Experience in crafting and designing digital assets using design software.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, driving organizational change.
• Experience in launching websites, handling content management system (WordPress) will be an added advantage.
