You will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role is not just about crunching numbers; it’s about building a robust financial function and team that will support the company’s rapid growth and strategic objectives. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions
• Evaluate and manage financial and operational risks
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the board and senior management team
• Drive the company’s financial planning and performance measures, including key performance indicators (KPIs) What You Bring to the Table
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a senior financial managerial position
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus Preferred Qualifications
