The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing to transform CoverForce from a well-kept secret into a category-defining insurtech brand. This is a hands-on founding role for a versatile, data-driven marketer who can both shape strategy and execute it. You’ll drive key marketing initiatives while partnering closely with the CEO and Sales team to attract, convert, and grow our customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Marketing: Own the development of CoverForce’s messaging and positioning strategy – and execute on it directly to ensure our unique value is clearly and consistently communicated across all channels.
  • Content: Design and implement a content strategy that supports the full funnel. You’ll build blog posts, case studies, and email campaigns that drive education, trust, and engagement.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales team to understand frontline needs, then create high-impact materials – like pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battle cards – to accelerate deals.
  • Brand & PR: Shape and grow the CoverForce brand by driving thought leadership, securing media opportunities.
  • Event Marketing: Lead conference and trade show strategy to generate leads, increase brand awareness and maximize ROI.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience at a high growth startup.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • A strong data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM / Design tools (HubSpot, Figma, and Webflow, etc.)

CoverForce’s HQ is in NYC and for this role, we prefer candidates based in NYC tri-state area.
