Position Title: Group Head for Properties (Sr. Level) – Hybrid

Location: Makati City (Primarily onsite 4 days office, 1 day remote; may transition to full onsite)

About The Role

A well-established organization with diversified operations is seeking an accomplished executive to oversee its property portfolio and drive end-to-end operational performance across multiple business verticals. The position will focus on high-level strategic execution across property development, hospitality, construction, leasing, and asset management functions.

This leadership role requires a forward-thinking, results-driven professional capable of steering long-term vision and managing day-to-day operations across various entities under the group. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial and operational experience in real estate, hospitality, or property-focused enterprises.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across all property-related business units.
  • Ensure optimal performance of various departments, including hotel operations, construction, leasing, sales, and business development.
  • Develop, refine, and implement business strategies aligned with the groups overall direction.
  • Oversee tenant engagement, vendor negotiations, and contractor partnerships to maximize efficiency and value.
  • Lead the formulation of annual budgets, operational plans, and project roadmaps.
  • Monitor the execution of property and construction projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities and assess feasibility for potential new ventures or property acquisitions.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold corporate governance standards across all areas under management.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management to report key metrics and operational insights.

Ideal Background

  • Graduate of a business-related discipline; Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a must.
  • At least 15 years of executive experience in a similar capacity, preferably within industries such as:
    • Real estate or property development
    • Hospitality and hotel operations
    • Construction management
    • Commercial leasing or asset management
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, operations leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach in both office and field environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multifunctional teams and deliver results in complex, fast-paced settings.

Work Details

  • Work arrangement is hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day WFH), subject to change based on operational requirements.
  • Office is based in Makati City.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Executive Role

Compensation Range: Open Budget, but can be around PHP 200,000 500,000 (monthly) – this will be based on the candidates years of experience and skillset.
