Are you passionate about hospitality and dream of working near one of the world’s most iconic national parks? SE SE World Wide, Inc is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Innkeeper to lead operations at our three unique properties in beautiful Volcano, Hawaii.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise a team of innkeepers, housekeepers, maintenance staff, and contractors
• Oversee daily guest services: check-ins, check-outs, breakfast delivery, concierge support
• Create staff schedules and approve payroll, tips, and timecards biweekly
• Ensure spotless rooms and consistent 5-star reviews by training and supporting your team
• Order supplies, manage budgets, and track occupancy and spending
• Perform hands-on innkeeping duties 2 days per week: 3 days for administration and operations
• Manage the reservation system (ThinkReservations) and perform daily reconciliation
• Work with a marketing consultant to adjust rates, track booking pace, and maintain high occupancy
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely, professional manner

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality; 2+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the day
• Experience with ThinkReservations or similar booking software (preferred)
• Committed to delivering inclusive, respectful guest service

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Minimum of 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Primarily day shift; must be flexible to work based on occupancy and guest needs
• Pay: commensurate with experience + housing
• Housing: Close-by accommodation included
