As the Head, Inside Sales, you will lead our outbound sales activities to achieve ambitious revenue and new client acquisition targets. A key aspect of your role will involve building a team of consultative business advisors capable of thriving in a dynamic sales environment. We are looking for an experienced business problem solver with exceptional business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on involvement in initiating, nurturing, and following through with leads from acquisition to closing via multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Leading inside sales/lead generation efforts in the USA, Europe, and APAC region.
  • Developing, implementing, and executing strategies for outbound lead generation and new sales.
  • Building, managing, and developing a team of Inside Sales to create a robust pipeline of new enterprise clients globally.
  • Qualifying leads and having a comprehensive understanding of the outbound lead generation process.

Qualifications And Prerequisites

  • 8+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through lead identification and conversion, with prior success in securing opportunities valued at USD 100,000 or above.
  • Previous experience in establishing workflow processes for international outbound sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and influence their buying decisions.
  • Ability to manage projects and contributors in diverse time zones.
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
