Head of APAC Internal Audit

Job description:

Summary 
Within the ‘Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control’ department of the Group and reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for high-value-added audit missions internationally within diverse entities. You will intervene at all levels of the Group’s organization.

This position will allow you to develop an excellent understanding of the company with prospects for international career advancement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • With your team and within a highly business and process-oriented internal audit framework, you will address operational and financial topics
  • Improve the processes, risk management, and internal control of the Group
  • Supervise the execution of audit missions and the preparation of associated reports
  • Recommend and support change to achieve a better organization of the Group
  • At the request of your management, you may be required to advise the Management on operational, financial, or company evaluation issues
  • You will supervise a team of internal auditors
  • Frequent travelling will be required

 
Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in an audit firm and/or with the experience in field of internal audit
  • You would have already worked in an international environment
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and synthesis abilities, along with a critical mindset, will enable you to succeed in your role
  • You must possess strong communication and internal stakeholder skills
