With 30 projects currently underway and two major high value contract mobilisations, this is an unparalleled opportunity to drive innovation and excellence across our integrated fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and un-crewed aviation portfolios. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our ambitious growth trajectory continues without interruption, and that we maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient aviation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all projects.
• Implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Lead and manage the PMO team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of aviation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in aviation project management.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and mobilisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the aviation industry.
