We are looking for a strategic and commercial leader to accelerate FNZ’s growth in Iberia. This person will be responsible for leading business development, defining and adapting FNZ’s value proposition to the local market, and closing transformational deals with key financial institutions.
The position reports to the Managing Director, FNZ Iberia.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the business development strategy in Iberia, focusing on:

- Medium to large-sized banks

- Wealth managers and private banking institutions

- Life insurers
-
- Asset managers and investment platforms
-
Identify, generate, and close high-impact commercial opportunities.

Adapt and position FNZ’s value proposition to the needs of the Iberian market.

Lead commercial presentations and technical proposals, especially in operations and technology areas.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, including CEOs and board members.

Coordinate with FNZ’s global teams to ensure delivery aligned with client expectations.

Support the setup of relationships with counterparties and third parties required for platform implementation.

Represent FNZ at key industry events in Iberia.
Required Experience
-
+15 years of experience in business development, consulting, or leadership in operations/IT in financial services.

Proven track record in complex B2B sales in the wealth/asset management, insurance, or banking sectors.

Active network in the Iberian financial ecosystem.

Ability to lead consultative sales processes and strategic transformation.

Deep knowledge of the regulatory environment in Spain and Portugal.

Experience in selling technology solutions (platforms, SaaS, cloud) to the financial sector.
