We are looking for you as a Head of Customer Service Semicon (m/f/d) for our sales department in Stuttgart to support the growth of the Segment and to lead a team of Customer Service.

Scope of your role

• Develop the capabilities of the Customer Service team, e.g., through changing processes like planning and forecasting
• Act as a liaison between the Customer Service team and other stakeholders, such as executives, clients, sales segments, and business units, ensuring harmonized processes are implemented and followed across Industrial Europe
• Ensure customer satisfaction and that orders are recorded according to the defined KPIs
• Achieve sales and profit target according to the defined goals
• Drive strategic, process-oriented, and administrative topics
• Coordinate cross-functional process-oriented and administrative business topics from Customer Service

What Defines You

• Business administration degree or comparable training
• Preferably 5+ years of work experience in sales related field
• Leadership experience, very good people and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and commercial negotiation skills
• Knowledge about relevant norms and processes in Industrial Europe, strong business sales and market knowledge
• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office & ERP, specific or job-related systems
