About Job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive business
growth. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of senior financial management experience, strong leadership
capabilities, and a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance with all
financial regulations, and working closely with department heads to optimize resources. You will also advise the
Chairman on all financial matters, including revenue generation, cost control, and strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibility

  • Oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.

  • Advise the Chairman on financial planning, investment opportunities, and revenue improvement strategies.

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts for management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and control costs.

  • Manage risk and oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Lead and develop the finance team to achieve department and company objectives.

  • Cash flow and investment management (Cash Flow & Investment Management.

  • Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational continuity.

  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

  • Provide recommendations on investment strategies to optimize returns.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant professional certifications like ACA, ACCA is a plus).
  • 7–10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have worked in a Medical/Healthcare Industry

Salary: 800,000
