Knauf Ceiling Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Global Digital Marketing to lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for our Ceiling Division in Knauf. You will own the global responsibility for developing, implementing, and steering digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact with a strong focus on KPIs.

The primary objective is to support business growth by driving digital marketing activities that directly contribute to increased sales. Through digital marketing strategies and impactful execution, you will ensure Knauf Ceiling Solutions remains top-of-mind for our target audience, with a clear and measurable impact on sales performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role that seamlessly combines strategic vision with operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, execute and steer a global digital marketing strategy for KCS aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Develop and execute digital marketing activities to support sales growth, measured by key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, website traffic growth, campaign ROI, and social engagement metrics.
• Develop and execute impactful digital activities leveraging our Global Martech stack, which includes tools such as HubSpot, Contentful, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, and Qualtrics.
• Implement and execute strategic directions and digital marketing activities in close collaboration with Knauf Group Digital Marketing, ensuring alignment and consistency across all markets.
• Design and implement scalable, plug-and-play campaigns and foster best practice sharing across our markets to support local digital marketing efforts across regions.
• Optimize website content based on SEO insights, user journey analysis, performance data, and analytics to ensure continuous growth in traffic, activations and lead generation.
• Collaborate and maintain regular communication with stakeholders across markets and at the Group level to align marketing efforts with sales and business objectives.
• Lead and manage a high-performing global digital marketing team while actively contributing to day-to-day operational tasks.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B/international), with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and driving measurable business impact through digital marketing activities.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Hands-on expertise in key digital marketing disciplines, including marketing automation, social media, CMS, web analytics, SEO etc.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing campaign operations and content creation, with the ability to identify and implement best practices effectively.
