ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a commercially minded, digital-savvy Head of Growth to lead and accelerate our expansion in the German market. This role blends strategic business development, client-facing advisory, and performance marketing fluency — ideal for someone who understands the power of Paid and Organic Search and knows how to sell these services in a consultative way.

You’ll drive revenue through inbound and outbound channels, partner closely with delivery and marketing teams, and help lay the foundation for our long-term growth in DACH. While this is a sales-oriented role, it is not a “hard-sell” position — we’re looking for someone who can educate and advise prospects, understand their pain points, and build high-value relationships that convert.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Germany and have German as a first or native language.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Growth Strategy: Own the development and execution of NP Digital’s commercial strategy for the German market
  • Business Development: Drive new client acquisition via inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and partnerships
  • Consultative Selling: Represent NP Digital’s performance marketing capabilities (SEO, Paid Media, Content, CRO) with credibility and insight
  • Pitch Ownership: Build proposals, pricing, and pitch decks. Lead pitch presentations and negotiation processes
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, delivery, marketing) to align on lead qualification and pre-sales support
  • Market Insight: Stay close to competitor activity, client needs, and performance marketing trends to guide local strategy
  • Revenue Tracking: Own and report on pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance with senior leadership
  • Thought Leadership: Represent NP Digital at select industry events and contribute to building brand presence in the region

ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ Years’ experience in a digital marketing or performance agency environment
  • Experience in sales, growth, partnerships, or senior client-facing roles
  • Deep understanding of SEO, Paid Media, and how performance channels drive business growth
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to develop tailored proposals and close deals
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders (Marketing Directors, CMOs, Founders)
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a team-first mindset
