- Formulate and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives
- Design, implement, and manage training programs that address skill gaps and promote employee development across all levels
- Oversee the budget for learning and development activities for all unit hospitals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Integrate learning initiatives with performance management systems to assess the effectiveness of training and development efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- 3 years of experience as Learning & Development Manager in Hospital/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
- Have a good experience in develop Learning Management System (LMS), implementation system, and create curriculum & module design based on organizational needs, especially for soft skill training
- Have a good sense to develop employee to meet organization needs
- Strong analytical and strategical thinking, innovative, and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Willing to be placed in Corporate Office – Serpong, South Tangerang
