Head of Marketing and Communication

  • Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns to support business goals, such as product promotions, merchant acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Utilize PCS Payment’s social media by create comprehensive and clear objectives of the direction of the social media
  • Implement marketing performance evaluation tools like Google Analytics to track current or past marketing strategies so that it can be improved.
  • Monitor clear marketing guidelines to ensure consistency of visual or brand identity throughout all marketing activities
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine or improve PCS Payment’s marketing strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in the financial or technology or fintech sectors.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to interpret data, taking insight, and make recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively
  • Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
