They are an award-winning premium FMCG brand who are taking things to the next level as they expand into Europe and launch new partnerships with some exciting, well-known retailers. They have recently reached the £1million mark and have ambitious targets to get to £5million over the next few years! This is a pivotal role for the business – They are looking for an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling brands, both online & in-store! You will need excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable reporting to multiple senior leaders in the business, including the owner and CEO. The growth opportunities in this role are very exciting! About the Role: The key focus of the role is to increase brand awareness and accelerate their revenue growth! Create and develop a best-in-class marketing strategy, both short and long term, that outlines the brand objectives and how they will meet them. Work closely with the CEO and owner of the business to ensure the successful long term development of the brand. Develop exciting and creative marketing campaigns. Develop marketing colleterial such as flyers, banners, brochures etc. for online and print media. Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to measure ROI. Establish strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and distributors. Lead a small, high-performance team, nurturing their development. Oversee all marketing activity for the brand including advertising, PR, branding, social media, event planning, OOH, Print, internal and external comms etc. Work closely with the commercial team to set budgets and accelerate revenue growth.
