About the Role:
The Head of Operations will oversee and optimize daily business processes, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires strategic planning, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the company’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Streamline processes and automation to enhance efficiency.
Manage vendor and partner relationships for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations management.
Strong strategic planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in FinTech or marketplace industries is an advantage.
Proficiency in data analysis, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
