The primary objective of this role is to devise a strategic plan aimed at achieving a subscriber base of over 1 million and establishing competitive presence in the OTT market. The role involves spearheading innovative initiatives to foster business growth, enhancing user experience, overseeing financial performance, and driving revenue increase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and consumer behaviors in the Thai market to formulate and implement strategic plans.
• Stay abreast of evolving business trends, technological advancements, and market insights to drive Customer growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team to generate novel ideas and implement new business models to achieve financial targets.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders to identify new project opportunities and sustain business growth.
• Provide advisory support to corporate management in establishing partnerships with global players to expand business opportunities and competitiveness in the Thai market.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in the OTT business, 10-12 years in IT broadcast development, or 3-5 years in TV/movie/music on-demand services.
• Proficiency in OTT/streaming platforms, digital services, and interactive business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure business environment.
