Head of People

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of People to lead our Human Resources function. This role is responsible for shaping and executing our people strategy to support business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and attract, develop, and retain top talent. As part of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle and champion our company values and culture.

  • Lead and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, including organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Build and manage the HR team, covering talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee HR operations and systems, including onboarding, HRIS, and digital transformation for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Design and implement compensation & benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity, in collaboration with finance.
  • Foster employee engagement and company culture through values-driven initiatives, internal communication, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading HR strategy in a growing or transforming organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in HR systems and digital transformation (e.g., HRIS, ERP).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
