Job Title:  Head of Private Client

Reporting line : Private Client Director

Department Description: 

The Head of Private Client Relations will join the Client Marketing Department under the Private Client Director to sustain & drive the development of the top clients.

By working on recruitment, upgrade and retention, he/she will help to design and implement action plans, working hand in hand with Business Units & Marketing team around the world.

Missions Description:

Client Knowledge: run a strong and insightful plan of analysis on top clients to feed key stakeholders and the marketing teams.

Be the key coordinator to run data quality action plans.

Coordinate the targeting of our key top client Events , working hand in hand with the zones.

Feed the targeting with strong client insights and help to achieve sales objectives.

Coordinate individual approach for each targeted clients to maintain a steady and elevated brand engagement.

Monitor and assist in the relationship management of top clients and development of high potentials during events & activities.

Participate in creating exceptional services and follow up to our existing Top Clients by coordinating all the appropriate partners and establish training and/or roll outs of new initiatives. Special care for Uber Luxury orders follow up, Care issues, specific requests.

Participate with Marketing team around the world to identify new and untapped networking opportunities in targeted markets : social happenings, Fairs, Gala…

Helped by the Private Client Director, animate the key communities working on Top clients development: Private Clients & Ambassadors.

Position them as key assets to grow top clients & High End sales.

Work hand in hand with training to grow them on product offer & Art de Vivre knowledge.

Profile

Master’s degree from University or Business School

7 years of experience in Client experience intelligence in sectors like Hospitality, Private Clients, Conciergerie, or CRM.

You are recognized for your ability to be agile, field oriented, people-centered, and pragmatic. You have a strong sensibility to the high end and luxury sectors.
