WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US

Your 60-person team is focused on improving coordination, operational experience, and efficiency across development and delivery. Deployment Management ensures that larger changes and projects, which don’t fit into the dedicated project organization, are rolled out effectively—an area that has been a challenge.

Early Release maintains internal installations to enhance the operational experience while also building first drafts of new functionality for Presales, generating insights that help shape final deployments. New Service Enablement focuses on improving tooling and processes for services that are not yet fully matured, ensuring they can scale effectively. Operational Tooling owns and integrates critical systems that support automation, monitoring, and orchestration, driving better alignment between support processes and cloud capabilities.

Delivery Excellence leads process optimization and adoption across the organization, drives problem management as a learning organization in line with regulatory requirements, and enhances support tooling to make operations more efficient and reduce the need to scale headcount.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Deployment Management

  • Coordinates rollouts for larger changes and projects that don’t fit into the dedicated project organization.
  • Ensures better planning and execution of deployments to reduce risks and disruptions.
  • Improves collaboration between development, operations, and business teams for smoother releases.

Early Release

  • Maintains internal installations to improve operational experience and ensure stability.
  • Builds first drafts of new functionality for Presales to gain insights before final deployments.
  • Supports validation of new features in a controlled environment before full-scale adoption.

New Service Enablement

  • Supports tooling and process improvements for services that are not yet fully matured.
  • Helps scale emerging capabilities and integrate them into the broader platform.
  • Establishes best practices for managing and operating new services efficiently.

Operational Tooling

  • Owns and integrates critical systems that support automation, monitoring, and orchestration.
  • Improves alignment between support processes, cloud capabilities, and operational workflows.
  • Enhances reliability and visibility of platform operations through better tooling.

Delivery Excellence

  • Leads incident management processes to improve response, resolution, and learning from failures.
  • Drives change management to ensure smoother adoption of process and technology updates.
  • Implements problem management to reduce recurring incidents and improve system stability.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance in operational processes related to incidents and changes.

What We Value

  • 10+ years of experience in deployment management and operational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of improving coordination, operational experience, and efficiency across development and delivery.
  • Extensive experience in planning and executing rollouts for larger changes and projects.
  • Strong background in enhancing collaboration between development, operations, and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain internal installations and build first drafts of new functionality.
  • Proven experience in supporting tooling and process improvements for emerging services.
  • Skilled in integrating critical systems that support automation, monitoring, and orchestration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience leading incident management and change management processes.
  • Ability to drive problem management to reduce recurring incidents and improve system stability.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in operational processes.
  • Strong collaborative skills, highly motivated colleague who works well with others and is results-oriented.
  • Ability to lead a 60-person team focused on improving coordination and operational efficiency.
