Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the reward strategy, managing compensation and benefits programmes, conducting market surveys, and leading core cyclical reward activities.

You will lead all compensation and benefits and pension programmes, working with the executive leadership team to attract, retain, engage and motivate employees.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role, be CIPD qualified and have a thorough understanding of Irish employment legislation. You should also have experience managing outsourced providers including pensions and payroll and be highly competent with all general workplace software.
