Head of Sales (Remote)

As a Head of Sales reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s success by spearheading sales efforts, directly contributing to growth and market expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology sales, preferably in EV charging or related fields. You will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships and driving the adoption of solutions across various sectors.

 

What you will do:

  1. Lead and structure sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
  4. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales reports to senior management.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

 

What you bring to the table:

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in EV charging systems, renewable energy, or SaaS.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully structuring and managing sales activities.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
  6. Fluent in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
