You will manage the on-site engineering office in Singapore which will be 22 people. This is a key role in fostering the co-operation, knowledge sharing and uniform processes between the site and local contractors. Excellent communication skills and leadership experience from an international organisation are essential to succeed in this position.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successfully managing global investment projects in the oil and gas industry. Our success is measured by safety, quality, cost efficiency and timely completion of the projects.

The Head of Site Projects Singapore reports to the VP of Site & External Projects (SEP) at the Investment Projects Execution and Governance (IPEG).

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

• Take part in the local site management team
• Act as a superior to IPEG personnel in the Singapore; line managerial leadership responsibilities for IPEG personnel
• Set up the site organization for successful execution of the investment projects

• Develop processes, ways of working and tools globally together with colleagues in Finland and Netherlands
• Lead solution development and project target setting (safety, quality, cost & schedule targets) for Neste Site investment projects in Singapore together with the business unit
• Enable, promote and proactively support integration and cooperation of IPEG and Neste Renewable Products business unit in all project, work process, administrative and personnel related issues in Singapore.
