As the Head of Warehouse, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, with a sharp focus on fulfilling bothB2C (e-commerce orders)andB2B (bulk/wholesale dispatches)From managing inventory accuracy to ensuring fast and error-free dispatches, your role will be pivotal in keeping our supply chain lean, agile, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
• Lead and optimize workflows for both B2C e-commerce fulfillment and B2B client dispatches, balancing speed, accuracy, and scale.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, sales, production) and external partners (logistics providers, 3PLs).
• Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch across platforms and sales channels.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs: order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, shrinkage, etc.
• Implement efficient systems and SOPs to handle peak loads during high-volume periods.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Plan warehouse layout for optimal storage and movement of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate reconciliation across systems.
• Leverage technology (WMS, barcoding, etc. ) to streamline processes and reduce manual errors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse/operations experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong background in managing both D2C/B2C and B2B warehouse dispatches.
• Experience handling multi-channel fulfillment and working with logistics and courier partners.
• Skilled in warehouse management systems, inventory control software, and basic Excel/data tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, design processes, and scale operations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience in the fashion/apparel or D2C ecosystem.
• Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.
• Exposure to ERP systems or integration with e-commerce platforms.
