Luxe Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Technician to lead our premium automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with high-end vehicles and possess in-depth technical knowledge of all vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in all repair and maintenance services.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across a wide range of premium vehicle brands.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and junior staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workshop.
• Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with premium or luxury vehicle brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.).
• Comprehensive technical expertise across all automotive systems (mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.
