DOMA is seeking a Health Program Director to support its rapidly growing Federal Government team.

Requirements

• Primary interface between the government and contractor teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners.
• Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budget management for the program, ensuring optimal use of resources and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all major tasks and deliverables associated with the program.
• Leads concept and use case development of new innovations related to public health challenges.
• Collaborates with the multiple stakeholders to transition innovation use cases into operational elements.

Qualifications

• B.S. or other related or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing Federal Government programs over $50M
• Deep knowledge of the Federal Health landscape either in VA or CMS
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to communicate
