Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Health Clinical Nurse Director and Administrator to lead our skilled home health agency. This key role will oversee the licensing and accreditation of our facility, establish comprehensive policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with Florida’s skilled home health agency requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing our team of infusion nurses and support staff, focusing on high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Licensing and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, lead accreditation processes, and manage the maintenance of necessary licenses for facility operations.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and update facility policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards in home health services.
• Staff Management:
• Oversee hiring, training, and, if necessary, termination of clinical staff, including infusion nurses and other personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development for the team.
• Leadership and Compliance:
• Lead by example to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to Florida’s skilled home health agency requirements, focusing on patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high patient care standards and improve overall agency performance.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a home infusion or skilled home health setting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience in managing clinical and administrative teams effectively.
• Multitasking: Able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, with a high degree of organizational skill.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Florida state regulations for skilled home health agencies, with a proven track record of compliance.
