Job Description

Role Responsibilities-

Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Cultivate a Vibrant Culture & Enhance Engagement: Shape and champion an engaging organizational culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and belonging. Drive initiatives based on employee feedback to foster well-being and a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding & Growth-Focused Development: Lead culturally-aligned onboarding for new hires and oversee employee growth initiatives (training, mentorship, career paths) to promote continuous learning and retention.

Strategic Talent Management & Acquisition:

  • Talent Strategist: Define and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that not only aligns with organizational goals but also prioritizes attracting individuals who will thrive within our unique culture. This includes proactive workforce planning and building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Values-Driven Leadership Hiring Lead: Take ownership of senior leadership recruitment, ensuring candidates embody our organizational vision, values, and strategic priorities, thereby reinforcing our desired culture from the top down.

Compensation & Benefits Leadership:

  • Equitable Compensation Leader: Lead the development and execution of competitive compensation strategies, conducting market benchmarking to ensure equitable pay structures and benefits offerings that resonate with our cultural values and employee needs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Policy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies that not only ensure compliance but also reflect the organization’s values, promote inclusivity, and support a positive and productive culture.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Culture-Centric HR Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the HR team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy and fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and shared ownership in shaping our people practices.

Strategic Business Partnering:

  • Cultural Advocate in Executive Leadership Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to inform and influence business strategy through data-driven insights, workforce planning, and people development strategies, always with a keen focus on the cultural implications and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in leading the HR function and driving significant people initiatives.
  • Proven strategic thinking with a focus on long-term organizational growth, culture, and talent development.
  • Deep functional expertise across all HR domains (talent acquisition, employee relations, C&B, payroll, compliance, performance management).
  • Experience working with global teams and familiarity with cross-border HR processes (knowledge of Indian and US laws preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HR technology (HRIS, ATS, payroll software, data analytics).
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging HR analytics to measure impact and improve processes.
