Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a management role within Information Security.
• Proven experience in leading organizational security awareness programs and conducting cybersecurity risk evaluations.
• Expertise in developing and implementing information security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices, along with the ability to navigate complex business environments to formulate effective solutions.
• Familiarity with various system delivery methods and technology stacks, including private/public cloud, networking, orchestration, and containerization, complemented by strong communication skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Duties:

• Design and implement a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with business goals and adheres to industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain a multi-layered defense-in-depth security strategy, utilizing enterprise architecture principles.
• Translate business objectives and risk management strategies into actionable security processes supported by appropriate technologies and services.
• Lead incident response efforts, overseeing the investigation and resolution of security incidents such as data breaches and cyberattacks.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, while mentoring and enhancing the skills of the security team.

Salary: $175,000 – $185,000
