Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Directs the team in successful delivery of Information Technology services for the organization’s hardware, software and network technologies.
- Manages Information Technology teams and systems to ensure that the area’s technological level up to date by overseeing the implementation of new procedures and techniques related to Information Technology.
- Oversees the selection of hardware, software and supplies needed by the team.
- Develops IT team project plans, including resourcing, schedules and budgets.
- Serves as point of accountability to business stakeholders for IT solutions/services that measurably improve business KPIs.
- Serves as a liaison and builds bridges among leadership groups within and outside of the IT field.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

This role will lead the enterprise-wide data governance strategy, ensuring that EverBank’s data is effectively managed, secure, and leveraged for strategic insights. Working closely with the Chief Data Officer and other senior leaders, this position will establish enterprise-wide comprehensive policies, standards, and procedures that uphold data quality, compliance, and transparency. This role is pivotal in ensuring that EverBank’s data assets are managed with the highest standards of governance, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing robust data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in an enterprise setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to drive collaboration across executive leadership and technical teams.
- Relevant industry certifications – Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
- Proven experience in change management and implementing best practices in data governance.
Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week in office, with one flexible day for remote work.
