Description:

1. Independent support and further development of key accounts
2. Acquisition and development of new customers/projects in MENA region
3. Promote their new products when they ‘go to the market’
4. Support and further development of regional customers in the hotel sector
5. Market observations and preparation of market analyses and competitor analyses
6. Active portfolio management for regional market penetration
7. Organization and participation in regional trade fairs
8. Close cooperation with Headquarters global sales
9. Active participation in budget planning and responsible implementation
10. Thorough knowledge of Sales Forecasting and Budgeting, reporting to the management
11. Managing and Supporting Distributors
12. Maintaining and Updating the Sales Pipeline
13. Perform any additional duties related to managing the sales as assigned by the management

Criteria:

1. Completed degree (B.Sc./ B.A.) in Hotel Management
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant GCC experience
3. Extensive experience in the hotel sector
4. Independent, structured, team-oriented and goal-oriented way of working
5. Strong communication skills
6. Flexible and conceptual thinking – with the urge to constantly find and explore new, untouched paths
7. Willingness to frequently travel throughout the GCC and Sri Lanka
8. Excellent written and spoken English
9. Well-presented and confident
10. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as good knowledge of SAP
11. Must have a car and a UAE driving license
12. Must currently reside in the UAE
