Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Law Firm Partner at Actuate Law in Miami, FL, with flexibility for remote work. Our beautiful office in Wynwood has easy access to the highway and onsite covered lot parking. The ideal candidate will handle either highly-sophisticated litigation, transactional, and/or compliance matters on a day-to-day basis, working collaboratively with clients and the internal team to deliver expert legal advice and solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of law firm experience

• At least $300,000 in portable business with a desire to grow
• Focus may inclide either transactional, regulatory or litigation experience
• Open to bringing in teams of attorneys
• Salary commensurate with experience and open to alternative salary arrangements
• Admission to the State Bar in Florida
