What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in our Hyderabad office. This role reports to the Sr. Director – Talent.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across Zenoti from initial job posting to candidate offer stage.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Zenoti, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and unbiased selection process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously refining our approach to talent acquisition.

What skills do I need?

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SaaS Product Organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring global top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while taking initiative and working independently.
