Our client, a leading Investment Bank is looking for a highly skilled and experienced M&A Vice President to join their team in London. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in executing mergers and acquisitions within the infrastructure sector while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transactions from start to finish
• Identify potential acquisition targets through research and analysis
• Negotiate deal terms with stakeholders
• Collaborate with various departments including finance, legal, tax etc.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or higher education level is required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years experience working on investment banking deals specifically within transport infra space

Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess expert knowledge of corporate finance principles such as discounted cash flow (DCF), financial statement analysis etc., coupled with excellent analytical skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

Candidates who apply need strong communication abilities along with great leadership qualities that enable them to lead teams effectively. The ability to multitask under pressure when running multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.
