As our Marketing Director, you will have ownership of all marketing channels and tools.
In this role, you will use analytics to inform quick decisions! You will also collaborate with our marketing team & external partners to test, learn and innovate to accelerate their aggressive growth goals.
Marketing Director Job Duties
- Oversee in-person/event-based marketing and E-commerce channels
- Increase brand awareness and organic visibility through press and PR
- Manage P&L through detailed forecasting, budget development and oversight, revenue generation, and marketing activities
- Strategize to build and execute a digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel mix
- Manage promotional budgets and product offerings through different channels

Marketing Director Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Brand Development using alternative Marketing Vehicles
- Expert Knowledge of DTC E-Commerce
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work Independently
- Innovative & creative thinker
- Proven track record in sales growth
