A recruiter client is seeking a passionate Marketing Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in operational marketing and project management. You must have a passion for marketing strategy and planning as this is the main part of this role. There is an element of content creation, however our client is not seeking someone who is currently in a dedicated content creation/social media role. Description:
- Oversee ‘new solutions’ launches
- Oversee ‘existing solutions’ upgrades
- Develop a complete sales tool kit to market the solutions efficiently and in a profitable way
- Build up our clients marketing calendar
- Track company solutions’ performance through dashboards and KPIs
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to upgrade the solutions’ performance and profitability
- Master the platforms, ZaQi and Adicti, and participate in new feature development
- Analyze collected data on solutions performance
- Uses data insights to refine marketing strategies and decision making
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Spread acquired knowledge within the sales and marketing teams
- Design, plan and execute trade marketing retailer events. From concept proposal to closing reports
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional activities for events
- Prepare major key clients business review and workshops
- Coordinate major tenders’ business part
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and operations to align marketing efforts with company objectives
- Lead campaign corporate communication: (Social media content, newsletter, events)
- Participate in yearly budget analysis and recommendations
Criteria:
- Degree in Commerce or Marketing
- 4 years’ experience in operational marketing and project management
- Experience in shopper marketing/FMCG/retail industries/e-commerce would be an advantage
- Passionate about marketing, brands and customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Curious, rigorous, and tenacious with good interpersonal skills
- This is a stand-alone role reporting to the Marketing Director
- Must be autonomous, responsible and accountable
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Advanced MS Office, and project management tools (Trello, Asana)
- Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe creative suite or Canva would be an advantage
- Must have excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent Arabic, both written and spoken, would be an advantage but is not essential
- Must currently reside in the UAE
