Role Overview
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Development
- Develops and champions the long-range vision and growth strategy for the division’s brand portfolio.
- Translates corporate directions into clear, actionable objectives that deliver business value.
- Leads the identification of common business opportunities and integrates insights from global and local industry trends and best practices.
- Oversees the commercialization of new solutions, including performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives post-launch.
- Proactively identifies transformative and future-forward business solutions that enhance the division’s competitiveness.
Marketing & Campaign Planning
- Leads the development and execution of key marketing and campaign strategies aligned with long-term divisional goals.
- Drives innovation and the adoption of industry-leading practices in marketing execution.
- Builds strong internal and external partnerships to enhance the quality and impact of campaign execution.
- Continuously enhances systems, structures, and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and timeliness.
Business Planning, Integration & Financial Stewardship
- Oversees the integrated business planning process, ensuring alignment across functions such as supply chain, marketing, and finance.
- Monitors and evaluates portfolio financial performance, driving strategic adjustments to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
- Cultivates a value creation mindset and financial acumen across the organization.
People Leadership & Talent Development
- Creates a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability to achieve divisional goals.
- Encourages continuous learning, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Builds and maintains a strong leadership pipeline by assessing talent objectively and supporting the development of future-ready leaders.
- Works closely with senior leadership to groom high-potential individuals for key roles.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
- Must have at least 15 years of overall relevant work experience
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in brand portfolio management, marketing, and business leadership roles
- Extensive Portfolio Growth Experience:
- Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of brands, with deep experience in both marketing strategy and innovation-led development.
- Mastery of Marketing & Business Management:
- Demonstrated expertise not just in marketing campaigns and product launches, but also in end-to-end business management—including sales and field operations, demand and supply planning, and financial performance oversight.
- Strategic and Executional Excellence:
- Capable of independently driving both high-level strategic thinking (visioning, transformation) and agile, customer-centric execution. Skilled in problem-solving and value creation in dynamic environments
- Strong Analytical, Communication, and Influencing Skills:
- Adept in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights. Possesses strong communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders.
- Exceptional Leadership Capabilities:
- Exhibits 360-degree leadership—leading teams, collaborating across functions, and engaging senior management with maturity and presence. Demonstrates situational adaptability, collaborative spirit, and emotional intelligence.
