- Manage staff, ensure high-quality participant care, and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop personalized care plans.
- Perform participant assessments, supervise medication administration, and maintain accurate records.
- Lead staff training, evaluations, and team building activities.
- Oversee clinic workflow, scheduling, triage, and communication with external providers.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Requires RN license, 2+ years of management experience, and geriatric care background.
