About the Role
The Company is seeking a Payer Health Plan Sales Product Solutions Manager with a focus on Healthcare Payments. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving customer-centric strategies, leading solutioning, and configuring complex solutions to meet the needs of key client relationships. This role requires a leader in solutioning who can collaborate closely with sales teams, act as the voice of the customer, and ensure that the product solutions are tailored to the client’s requirements. The Product Solutions Manager will also be responsible for carrying their own quota, prospecting, and creating a pipeline of leads, as well as supporting the sales process from pricing to deal closure.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ of experience in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products, with a strong background in sales and client engagement. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare payers, including claims management, provider networks, and value-based care models. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, and will be adept at modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex client needs. Experience in a highly matrixed organization, as well as knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines, is highly valued. The position is goal and quota-driven, requiring a proactive approach to sourcing new opportunities and a commitment to maintaining a sales mentality.
