• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple civil construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, client requirements, and industry standards.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize project performance and achieve financial targets.
• Develop project plans, scope of work, and deliverables, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and maximize project success.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree / Master in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing multiple civil construction projects simultaneously.
• MUST have experience as a Project Director before
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing project challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
