• Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple civil construction projects, from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet business objectives and standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure effective communication across project teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage subcontractors and consultants, ensuring their performance aligns with project goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Implement quality control protocols, ensuring the output meets the required standards and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Present project updates and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree / Master in Civil Engineering or engineering in any field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in a leadership role in managing more than one project in the civil / marine construction industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
