Description

• Supervise the group cash flow to ensure financial stability and smooth operations.
• Lead preparation and reconciliation of quarterly reports and annual financial statements across the company’s entities in Europe.
• Support financial consolidation in line with HQ reporting standards.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Analyze financial data to support senior management decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA certification is a plus.
• Min. 5 years of experience in finance controlling, ideally in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cash flow oversight and financial reconciliation practices.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
• Familiarity with IFRS and various European local GAAP standards.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
