The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH

What You’ll Do

  • Handle vendors related to fleet management
  • Build & develop Driver Operations Intercity Division
  • Manage and execute acquisition strategies for big fleets (Van, Pickup Box, and Engkel Box)
  • Ensure a high fulfillment rate for intercity delivery
  • Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the best delivery experience
  • Assess, develop, and refine intercity delivery drivers SOP
  • Operation planning & execution of customized solution projects with corporate clients
  • Execute smaller cities expansion in the mid & long term

What We Seek

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related fields (land transportation, contract logistics)
  • Great project management skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to analyze big datasets to suggest data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Google Workspace, CRM, and internal database toolsFluent in English (verbal & written speaking and writing)
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
