The Senior Director of Finance will support the InReach CFO in overseeing and managing all financial activities for the InReach segment.
InReach is a segment experiencing fast growth through acquisitions and tuck-ins of vending, Micro markets and convenience solutions operations across the US, as well as organic growth and business development actions across its existing locations. This position will assist the Segment CFO with the integration of the acquired entities and the execution of the strategic plan to achieve the performance objectives for the segment.
The position provides financial analysis and analytical decision support services for a broad array of financial and operational projects and initiatives. Designs and builds sophisticated financial models based on diverse data sets, to facilitate strategic decision making. Develops, interprets and presents reports and analysis to senior leadership. Leads the planning and development of company-wide budgets and forecasts and provides monthly financial performance reports
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with team members to summarize, analyze, and communicate financial plans and results to various levels of leadership.
- Provide financial analysis, develop budgets/forecasts, variance analysis and accounting/sales reports to senior managers and leadership.
- Manage the monthly close process in collaboration with the Director of Accounting and the segment’s Finance team and provide monthly financial performance reports
- Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses and newly opened locations
- Communicate information effectively, translating financial data into meaningful information that supports business decision-making
- Use knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve the desired business benefits
- Create financial models and scenarios as a key input for business planning decisions.
- Deliver formal presentations of analytic findings and recommendations to senior managers and leadership.
- Analyze the financial feasibility of proposed development projects (including acquisitions).
- Analyze and process high volumes of information.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for change to improve performance
- Assist finance and accounting personnel on various projects as needed

What You Bring
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Requires excellent quantitative, modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented within a fast-paced / changing environment.
- Requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with general guidance on new projects
- Knowledge of the convenience solutions business preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline required.
- Master degree preferred.
- Minimum eight years of experience, with 5+ years of directly-related experience in financial analysis / modeling.
- Knowledge of SAP/Essbase/Power BI software preferred.
