We seek a Business Development (BD) Solutions Design Executive to combine their technical expertise with business acumen to design and develop solutions that meet clients’ needs and drive business growth. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue generation and expanding the customer base for Teleperformance.

This new leader will be responsible for solution-shaping, which entails creating content and crafting a story that meets the needs of the client while best representing TP. This is a hands-on role that requires a personal contribution to the detailed design of the proposed solutions while working across several industry domains and geographies with existing or prospective clients.

In addition, this new leader will coordinate and create collaterals for the opportunity while working with the Finance team on deal commercials and customer business cases. This new leader will actively engage with clients, participating in due diligence activities and client stakeholder meetings.

As a Senior Director, Solutions Design Executive, your role will include…

  • Understanding client needs, including collaborating with the industry vertical and BD teams to understand the requirements and challenges of a prospective or current client and determining the best solutions to meet those needs.
  • Creating an opportunity summarization/ briefing and assisting in qualifying an opportunity.
  • Participating in scope definition and alignment to the win strategies as agreed with the vertical and BD lead.
  • Engaging in client discovery sessions/workshops, mutual value discovery, whiteboarding, and orals. Leading specific streams for the solution.
  • Collaborating with the team around the creation of the Target Operating Model.
  • Understanding the right transformation/Technology, Analytics, and Process Excellence (TAP) tools for solving specific business problems posed in the opportunity.
  • Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Assisting with Cost and Business Case development, analysis and coordination.
  • Validating assumptions based on the proposed solution (horizontal/ GEO/ TAP or Transformation); participating in the due diligence activity and refining the solutions based on the findings from due diligence, if appropriate.
  • Providing support with the contracting document creation process.
  • Leading the engagement handover to the Transition and Delivery team while also assessing lessons learned from the process.
  • Participating in site visits.
  • Possessing a deep understanding of Teleperformance’s solutions and offerings while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing current solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the final proposal is comprehensive and tailored to the client’s requirements.
  • Showcasing Teleperformance’s products and solutions, clearly articulating complex concepts in a way that is easily understood.
  • Providing support to the sales team through the lifecycle of the selling process.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred. We will also consider those with relevant work experience.
  • Professional experience of 10+ years with knowledge of the sales and business development process.
  • Experience working with a BPO or services company is highly preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing skills (in particular, the ability to present at RFP Orals for specific components, clearly articulate the proposed solution, and participate in Q&A in written presentation and oral formats).
  • Capability to extract the best solutions from various groups across Teleperformance to develop simple and complex solutions.
  • Able to bring a fresh perspective to the existing solutions standards and drive the digital business integrated services mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and ability to align solutions with business goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
