Job Description


Position Summary

Drives strategic growth and operational efficiency for Regions and Service, Americas by managing key customer agreements, supporting sales initiatives, and leading business development efforts across regional and global projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of service agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage customer and agent contracts, including NDAs, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
  • Direct inside sales operations and campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Partner with the Service Americas sales team to support key strategic initiatives and client solutions.
  • Forecast and track order intake and total net sales to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare strategic reports and business updates to support leadership visibility and planning.
  • Drive business development and growth initiatives, representing Service Americas on global project teams.
  • Oversee service presence at trade shows to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
  • International and Domestic Travel up to 25%

Qualifications


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or contract management, preferably in a service or technical environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience with contract negotiation and administration (service agreements, NDAs, customer/agent contracts).
  • 3+ years Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global service-based organization, especially within manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries.
  • Proven success in leading business development or growth initiatives across regions or business units.
  • Familiarity with international contracts, trade compliance, and working with global agent networks.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to represent the company at industry trade shows and effectively promote service offerings.

The compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000/year. Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At Syntegon compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
