They truly hold the monopoly in their respective domain are looking to grow significantly to become a global brand. For this they have planned significant hires across the next year… The business has a clear two year hiring strategy in place and this role is reporting directly to the two founders. They are hiring 6 senior hires across IT, people, Ops with this role being the most senior / imperative to their growth trajectory. They are looking for a Strategy Director to spearhead growth from the HQ in Manchester. They have had some high profile sponsors / and recently interviewed David Beckham.
