Wise Resource Development (WISE), a proud certified B Corp, is growing fast and looking for multiple Strategy Partners who are, in the words of author and leadership pioneer Patrick Lencioni, “hungry, humble and smart.” The ideal candidates are self-reflective lifelong learners who care about mission work and would like to connect their work view to their life view. Successful Strategy Partners are committed to WISE’s mission, corporate values and social impact commitment; thrive in a feedback culture with clear expectations; and have high integrity and degree of intrinsic motivation, as well as the capacity to learn quickly.
Our Mission: We transform communities by empowering impactful nonprofits and their leaders.
Our Corporate Values: Caring. Achievement. Integrity. Respect. Excellence. Strategy.
WISE is not your typical consulting firm. We see our clients as partners in our goal to transform communities. In every project, we provide tactical support in addition to strategic coaching and advice, with a goal of ensuring the sustainability of our partners. WISE’s unique business model allows us to customize strategic support to nonprofits of all sizes. Our clients’ annual budget sizes range from $250,000 to $40 million. While we specialize in fundraising consulting, we also provide support in operations and program design.
Strategy Partners joining the WISE team are required to have leadership and development experience within the nonprofit sector, providing valuable firsthand expertise to our clients. Additionally, Strategy Partners receive significant training in WISE standards of practice, grant writing and fundraising, and nonprofit management best practices. WISE requires active professional and personal development through individual and team activities, including Association of Fundraising Professionals membership, industry trainings, certification attainment, Positive Intelligence, Enneagram and leadership coaching. Growth opportunities within the company are self-paced and rooted in an active demonstration of the Three C’s (caring for clients, caring for colleagues and caring for company).
This is a full-time exempt salaried position reporting to the Senior Strategy Partner. Full-time at WISE is defined as 40 work hours/week.
